IMO all the resolutions passed just like 99% of shareholder meetings. Just wish they would let everybody know so this stock will move foward. I don't think the A/S increase will effect this stock in the long term(unless they issue a bunch for some reason)but once people see the sky hasn't fallen we can get back to a correct PPS. IMO
