gator11, there are about 50 stocks that got restricted some days ago at Scottrade. The full list of those companies was issued here or in another board. Could be in the HPHC board.

The inoffical reason for the restriction was the amount of work compared to the money invested.

Ok to buy CBAY using both Etrade and Ameritrade.

Scottrade was my first "trading" account and I opened the other two because I was constantly having the same problems.
