Remember that we only see 4 decimal points but the MM's see 5. So in effect they could short this from .00019 to .00001. We just still see .0001 (kinda scarry isn't it) but I feel this one is clear for takeoff. Clear the runway!!!!

They're hoping for a R/S, say 1:100. Then, A/S and O/S would change from 8B to 80M and shares would rise from $.0001 to $.01. Now it could trade back on down to $.0001 over time. then cycle repeats...
