You are referring to things from years ago that are long gone.

Not only are the Entourage shares being held by Stocklein with a suit by Entourage for their return, but even if they were to be handed over to CMKX the CMKX creditors (the race car team among others) would be all over those shares to repay the money owing by the company.

The claims have lapsed and CMKX can't get them back. How many times does this have to be pointed out? Even Entourage no longer has the claims.

Why would the SEC intervene?

IQ1 _ here is what ETGMF thinks about the Uranium claims from CMKM:

On June 30th, 2007, United Uranium Corp. extended a July 1, 2007 $300,000 payment deadline, to be paid by
the Company, until September 15, 2007. No summer or fall 2007 work program was proposed by United
Uranium Corp. so the Company decided that the scant uranium values of two previous abbreviated drill
programs (7 ½ drill holes over two years) did not warrant the $300,000 payment and the Company abandoned
the Hatchet Lake Uranium prospect.

And after ETGMF abandoned the property, United Uranium ended up doing JV with another company.

In March 2008 the Company entered into an agreement with Denison Mines Corp.
regarding the Hatchet Lake property. Under the terms of the agreement, United Uranium
has granted Denison Mines the right to earn a 50% interest in the property in
consideration of the following work commitments by Denison:
