Once you build the first plant ... in most countries ... the processes become available under the Freedom of Information acts when you search the environmental records.
I have done it in the past to determine if someone was stealing a clients "secret formula".
If this is true, then you're saying that I can make a FOI request and get SSTP's entire process and catalyst information the next time the EPA is open for business. After all, they have built a plant in the U.S., right?
