And six of those claims have lapse since that report and the others are about to lapse. Not to mention that Entourage doesn't own those claims anyway. they just have a contract to lease them. Anyone can make a lease agreement at anytime but it is funny that no one else wanted those claims and the geologist said this 4 years ago.


Goldak would not sign off on the PR of the TDEM survey because the PR was misleading.

Here is the exact wording of their email:

Hello ****, as a contractor, we have no responsibility to "sign off" on our client's news releases. I was however asked to "bless" this particular statement. I did not, due to several statements that are factually accurate, but worded in a misleading manner. They chose to publish the statement anyway.

I really cannot otherwise comment on any statements made by CMKX without risk of legal action.

I am genuinely sorry if you have lost money on their stock.

LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 24, 2004--CMKM Diamonds, Inc. (Pink Sheets:CMKX - News) announced today it has just received preliminary results from the airborne magnetic survey recently completed by Goldak Airborne Surveys of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. The survey was conducted during April, May and June 2004 using Goldak's Navaho aircraft equipped with a trimaxial magnetic gradiometer.

By employing this modern, state of the art geophysical equipment and flying a low-level, closely spaced survey, hundreds of magnetic anomalies were able to be identified. Some of these anomalies are obvious drill targets, while others will need further study by the Company's consultants.

Urban Casavant, president of the CMKM Diamonds, Inc., stated, "The company is very pleased with the results of the survey. For the first time in the history of diamond exploration in the Fort a' la Corne area, a complete and comprehensive magnetic picture of the whole area is available to the company."

The company intends to immediately pursue the most obvious targets by drill testing as soon as permitting and logistics allow. There are now more than enough targets to allow CMKX to drill continuously. On a final note, Urban Casavant stated, "These hundreds of anomalies have been filtered for elimination of farm equipment and steel buildings as a probable cause for such an impressive count of anomalies."
