With zero transparency in the SRO's, how would I be able to prove anything?
And I don't take shell's word on anything, as she was still in denial of this NSS practice way back when. I've said it before and i'll say it again... If shell tells me the sun is shining, I'm grabbing my flashlight and a raincoat before heading out.
So with the paperwork sitting at the botttom of the pile in the R/S department of the SEC, I don't see any reason to sue anyone.
