IF, you are correct! Then you and your ilk, would have a slam dunk in a court of law. What is the hold up?
IF, I felt like you, and I did indeed have proof of a NSS, someone would be going to court. And damn fast. Like I say, it would be a slam dunk!
However I sure hope, you have more proof than Janice Shell saying it is so.
No one on this board ever even talks about anyone being taken to court by the shareholders?
Why is that?
