Fullmoon...re Citibanks drop in share price....You're absolutely correct....the fall in share price had to do with the credit crisis in the financial sector that has hit nearly EVERY finanical institution. As you correctly stated...the fall in share price had nothing to do with this particular convertable note. My point in bringing up Citibank is that MAJOR companies also use this type of financing deals to raise funds.....and does not necessarily imply a "death spiral:....it depends on the structure of the deal as you clearly stated in a prior post.

Fullmoon, re: funding. I have been hoping that Wave could set up a "credit facility" w/ G.E. Capital, as G.E. is the parent Co. of NBC Universal, using a portion of WXP as collateral. If NBC has any interest in partnering in WXP, this could work out well for both Cos. Someway, somehow, SKS has got to get funding real quick, if not today, no later than Wednesday, IMO.
