Great minds must think alike. After I posted the chart showing that there was no "pump and dump" as some have proclaimed, I went to bed. I then gave my sincre thanks and gratitude to another great day and opportunities the true Almighty has given to me. At that very moment, a thought came to me. I wonder if the chart shows how the stock plumeted at the very time the court case was filed?

I awake and check the Spzi board and the first message I see is about the very thing I thought about after my humble thank you to the true Almighty. Funny how things work that way. I am truely blessed I guess.

Good Luck to everyone holding shares of SPZI and XXIS.

GM, Imperial,

I would guess that today would be payday at Spooz, and it didn't look like there was a scramble to sell shares to raise cash. Also, the share price was at 0002 for most of the day yesterday and the volume was relatively low.

Not sure what it all means, but there doesn't seem to be major dilution at the moment.

I will say we have to be cautious drawing conclusions at this point, as there is so little information from the company. I guess time will tell whether Spooz has turned a corner here.

I don't agree this stock started to decline about 3 months earlier and tried to recover on the anticipation of the meeting in NY etc. When that fell through lots of people bailed.
let's not try to put all this blame on the court case. Spzi has failed to deliver. Lack of trust at the moment is the reason for the PPS. Hopefully they can turn this around and become more transparent as to what they have achieved.
The big fish for them is still TDAmeritrade, let's hope they can snare this one.

"The timing of the decline channel exactly coincides with the necessity of having to dilute because the lawsuit (Dec 27th) made them shelve a product they had ready to release. Instead of being able to release, they had to go back to the drawing board. The down channel exactly depicts this, IMHO."

Jeez maybe they planned it out in this fashion to try to use the "theft" saga to their best possible advantage. Considering the company has done absolutely nothing they need well thought out ways to keep a scam going, don't they?

Bottom line is no Spooztoolz after all this time, no release date, no updates to mysterious launch, no verification anywhere in the world of the greatness of Spooztoolz and no deals.

I keep saying because its so obvious. If Spooztoolz is so great, as the company claims, it would've been able to raise money for them. Common sense. They would not be forced to dilute millions of shares at .0001 if they truly had something great. All the other arguments and nonsense is irrelevant. This point stands alone and proves something isn't right with Spooz.
