The stock showed a wave formation after the NY show but before the case was actually filed. It did not crash between Oct and Jan 1... rather, it declined in a wave and then climbed back up in an obvious and clear wave formation. The crashing dash to the downside in a very clear channel (drawn so clearly for us by boca) began almost to the day coincident to the filing of the lawsuit. The picture in the chart is as plain as day, and I never argued anything other than there being an obvious coinciding. As to whether the chicken came before the egg... I leave such wrangling to the rocket scientists, brainiacs, and self-proclaimed Mother Teresas who so graciously tell so frequently of their unvarnished good intentions :o)

The chart clearly shows that there was no desparate decline during the time between the October show and the Dec 27th filing of the lawsuit. The chart shows a continuation pattern in those days. A wave formation, down and up. The decline started after December 27th, clear as day.
Only after the filing of the lawsuit did the pronounced down channel, which precisely times out as such, begin. Only after the decision to fight the crooks in court, together with the logical accompanying necessity of diluting to buy time to build a replacement.... The picture tells the story.

tadhg, While I agree with part of what you've said let me suggest a hypothetical story to Spooz's history.
If you were with a group of guys preparing to watch on TV their favorite football team play in the Super Bowl and you told the group 'I'm going to get more chips and drinks and will be right back'. But on the way someone illegally moved through a bright red stop light (with absolutely no regard for your saftey) and put you in the hospital for 8 months.
Should the guys that waited for their chips and drinks call you a scammer...a thief...someone who's not dependable ? And if you were married and your poor wife had to go to work (outside the home) while you recovered your near death experience should she keep going over your faults ? But of course you made mistates before the accident. Should she be reminding you of these mistakes too ? Just wondering. milo3
