Same here, I voted this morning. This should be the last hurdle before the stock can reach it's true value.

Nobody likes a share increase, that's for sure, but if it doesn't get approved this company will be out of business.

Unfortunately it is a necessary evil at this point. All shares are currently out and they will be in default if the financers (CD holders) do not have the ability to get shares.

If what the company is saying holds true, you should not see an increase in o/s anywhere near these prices.
