Agreed 100%. The increase is required for the possible CD conversion and to insure that the company has adequate reserve shares to stave off a takeover bid, and to fund future growth. With the total "possible" conversion estimated at approximately 750mil, the requested share increase is of 1.5bil should not seem so unreasonable by experienced traders/investors. IMO of course.
