Totally illogical, IQ. First, since this was a civil case, nobody was "sentenced" to anything. And if you don't think these jokers were smart enough to hide their assets, you are so out of touch as to be completely clueless.

If you could put 1/1000 of the effort you put into posting on this board into aiding the thousands of people who did absolutely nothing wrong to deserve this sentence because it is something that was internal and hidden...just think how it would put things to rest....

If you're here not to hurt the CMKX shareholders,
why not do something positive once in your life and
try to assist Bill with the huge task that is hanging like a dark cloud over his head. I'm certain he would not decline.
Call him or email him and feel free to point out to him how your knowlege would benefit in putting this stock back on the right track. You know we had assets, Uranium is nothing to sneeze at. Anything you could do would make you a better person... we all have some good in us...

We know for a fact that the guilty party at CMKX has already been given an easy sentence

How is that possible since no criminal charges have been filed?

however what should have been added to the sentencing is a timeline when payments are to be made say $1Million per month till its paid off else Jail will be the next option.

Again, how is this possible since jail can only result from criminal charges? (except for contempt of court)

Instead they got off easy and we have to go searching for the assets ourselves, once they have been located the judge will allocate them back in the company name.

??? Do you know something the judge doesn't?

I doubt that UC was smart enough to take the money, hence he is not in jail at this point in time and is instead assisting in the recovery of the assets.

There is no question that UC took a sizeable chucnk of the money. How has he "assisted" in recovery of the assets?

it is the better lawyer that usually wins and not who is right

And you have Frizzy...... it looks like you are in big trouble.

IQ1, ... You are flip-flopping all over the lot. Does it matter to you what you say from post to post?

First you say this in praise of Judge Mullen when he tells both sides in the Mangan case to shut up and sit down:

"with the right judge CMKX has a chance because these individuals are not going to let them walk all over the court room"

But, Judge Mullen let this hedge fund manager off completely on the SEC's civil case. So, you shrug it off with:

"without the facts you can not possibly win"

and continue your rant about the bogieman - NSS - where no facts have ever been established. So, how is Judge Mullen an example of the "right judge" for a NSS case? ... eom

Since there so far have been no criminal prosecutions in connection with the CMKX scam, no sentences have been handed down.

Would it be too much trouble for you to learn a few legal basics?

Rhetorical question, of course.
