Actually Stephen & Ed have, believe it or not, accomplished what they were mandated to do by their commander in chief, Ivan Cavric (the majority shareholder). Their primary task was to portray a "business as usual" image to the outside media thereby avoiding any scrutiny by the Ontario Securities Commission. And they have done exactly that. By releasing no updates, they cannot be scrutinized. Any PR released during their tenure would have casted an unwanted spotlight, either from the media, their angry shareholders, or the OSC The announcement of the new CEO came out on 4/3/08 - one day after the memo released by the OSC (see below).
Ivan Cavric day in court is almost here. He will probably get a slap on the risk for what he did at Mrs Sciences, but he will escape scrutiny of any wrong doing at BIGN/DVFI thanks to his pawns Stephen/Ed. Ambury never had any intention of accomplishing anything at DVFI - his primary responsibility was with his day job at the church where he was making $30k a year. How else can you explain 6 months on the job with NOTHING to show for it? I don't care to hear all the neat things that Ed will tell you on the phone that they are working on - it's all bullshit! Stephen and Ed will probably be rewarded by Cavric with a boat load of shares just like Lancaster and Wadkins were - for doing NOTHING.
