Joe, you may or may not be right about Stephan and Ed. But I doubt that their motive was for a few million "worthless" shares.

Joe: For what its worth, I still get emails from Arch, and in one just today, he named someone else as that major shareholder. And, contrary to what some (most?) post on this board, there is major work going on behind the scenes, to the point Arch is encouraged, will leave it at that .....
