Sure I remember you. I'm waiting to see if they file the remaining financials and get refinanced. The problem in front of the company is that they can't raise capital due to the low share price. It is really scary what they will be required to do to raise money but they can not sell their way out of their problems. The longer they take to get to the financials and refinancing the less chance they have of it happening.
