AQUI has never been anything more than a distributor. I agree lack of purchase orders etc. is VERY negative. I can think of a dozen reasons why they would set up a bottler under another entity. Because they don't want to do a PP and dilute AQUI, becaues there is existing debt in AQUI or other pre merger issues. Becaues Paul is a greedy mofo and wants more of the profits. Who knows. From what I saw of the trublu docs though, it is not a competing distribution company, but rather just a bottler.
