If this is true (that Daniel and Paul were trying to raise money to purchase a water bottling facility) then why wouldn't Aquagold purchase the bottling equipment?

Is Aquagold only a distributor? a distibutor without purchase orders? a distributor w/o a wharehouse? a distributor w/o any sales volume?
