Card suppliers sell to wholesalers at a discount every day - that is why you see other retailers and restaurant cards hanging on the end caps at Target. You can also find them at 15-25% discount online - just gotta be careful, there are a lot of scams involving GC's right now, since they opened up the wholesale traffic.
