letters of transmittal are just for sending in your certs to get the new ones, problem is nobody who these letters are going to actually HAVE any certs... and it seems none of these letters are going directly to our brokers, like they should be.... no clue what's going on.... perhaps another fishing expidition, or maybe one last hoop to go though for the DTC... just watching to see what happens.
