What do you mean it can't get worse? How many BILLION shares has Roger diluted this thing already? The question has been asked many times, and not even the transfer agent is sure of the share structure. Shareholders don't have a clue as to what this company is worth, because Roger purposely jumped down to pinkland to hide the truth when the shareholder count sunk low enough that he could legally do it. He gave no explanation at all to shareholders. Roger is in business for HIMSELF, he just tries to use your natural sense of greed to line his own pockets. The guy has no integrity whatsoever. If he tricks you into buying this stock, it's not much different than buying into a pyramid scam.
