Again, A company can NOT revoke itself. That is a court function. All they did was dropped the appeal. It was like Martha Steward who was CONVICTED and out on appeal. She decided it would be in her best interest to drop the appeal and go ahead an except her punishment. She didn't convict herself by doing this and neither did CMKM. A court issued the punishment.

This isn't rocket science.

Actually the timeframe was about to run out for filing an appeal to the Judges initial decision. FRizzell tried several times to contact Stoecklien but he left out of town without filing a appeal. Frizzell had to threaten he would take over the company with a recievership and Stoeckliens office sent out a lame appeal two days later while Stoecklien was still out of town. It didn't even have his signature on it.

Here a copy of the letter from frizzell to Stoecklien and Urban, threating them if they didn't do something.

No it doesn't. CMKX had already been revoked when that petition withdrawel was filed. That petition was nothing more than an appeal which CMKX knew it would lose.

How does CMKX revoke itself after it has already been revoked?

No it doesn't. Can't you READ? All it "proves" is that CMKX's attorneys realized they wouldn't win their appeal, and so gave up.
