Twister: If you perceive this as another "rabid response", well, then so be it.

I submit that the decline yesterday was unrelated to the PR. I also submit that if you do not recognize that, then you do not have very much experience with the behavior of stocks. I will explain. First off, let us not forget that the close yesterday still represented a 350% rise over the share price of about a month ago. I invite you to look at the chart. Here is a pretty good representation:

http://moneycentral.msn.com/investor/charts/chartdl.asp?Symbol=NVEI&ShowChtBt=Refresh+Chart&...

Early this month, the price rose from the mid 0.40s to over $1. All in the course of about 4 days. The price then retraced about 20%, bounced about 15% and then put in a very nice foundation at about $1.

Recently, the share price rose from about a dollar to about $1.70, all in about 4 days. Yesterday, it retraced about 20%. If the stock behaves well, it should bounce a bit today, and then put another foundation in at about $1.50.

This is all normal healthy behavior for a stock, and experienced investors should expect it.

As for the the PR and Cooper's appointment as CEO, there is no bad way to interpret that. It is all good. You seem rather hung up on the timing and/or presentation. I cannot find fault with it. Actually, I think the timing was quite good. It was a good announcement that will undoubtedly add fuel to the momentum fire for the share price. Yesterday's correction was inevitable, whether there was a PR or not.

I find it interesting that this very announcement was what you seemed to be seeking in a post just a few days ago when you said:

"It is good to hear we are being guided to our destination by experts that have been there before.

I hope management delegates the responsibility and necessary power to those experts . . . and then stays out of their way and lets them do their job!" (#2807)

I noted that you were complaining about the "positive only" thoughts here. I suggest that you read the board a little more closely. There are many critical sentiments expressed here. Your observation is skewed.
