Maybe Megas settled with the SEC to bifurcate the reverse split. so the r/s doesnt apply to shares held in street name only the other shares are r/s. is it possible to bifurcate a r/s? i think so. i guess so because the lawsuit identified those shares held in street name. jawag.
Zdon8362 When you find out please share it with the board. Everything is speculation and opinion being presented. I do believe what we have seen is the drawn out length of time it has taken to get the number of shares outstanding from brokers who don't want that information made available. Time is our friend. NSS didn't exist when we first met. We've had to be sued and accused of securities fraud only to then be given the right to vote for the same security to do a R/S. Megas has been fishing legally for information because the securities markets in this country are so screwed up that investors can own an entitlement to something that was never for sale.
