the back door that you suspect megas had to go thru might be a correct observation... when i filed my complaint with the state, they ended up handing it off to the sec because, from what i gather, they ran into obstacles trying to get information to do an investigation.. its my understanding, the state is still in the loop as they want to be informed of the results of the investigation... the state rep implied to me that the sec was not an agency to mess around with as they can wield great power... i hope so, as it appears they are attempting to clean up the market, the same market they let get out of control...
