there is no doubt in my mind that the defs believed the trust to be long dead. heck, MU was pimping the assets of the trust prematurely. huh? wonder what made him - independently - think of that stupid pet trick? there's even a depo that confirms that fact. i'd like for the fool to deny it happened.
pxd is way bad but jpm flat screwed the family pooch. expect ALL of the trustee and legal fees that have been siphoned off to be returned along with damages + punis. it's called disgorgement and financial punishment. then pray the feds get involved on the criminal side causing MU to jump out his window the minute before they indict him for being an a-hole.
unfortunately the theoretical murder of mosh was caused by the misdeeds of the defs and therefore must be punished accordingly. you can't cry "INNOCENT" when you have blood on your hands along with the murder weapon in your back pocket.
