Well steady i guess its hard to make sense out of these defendants. Nothing they do or say makes sense to me. The 10q's from the trustee make no sense either and leave more questions than answers.
You misunderstood my post completely or maybe i phrased it poorly. I dont for one second think they will give back the "worthless" property
Furthermore steady i dont believe they will settle like you do. I believe the defense will try to win at trial. Your theory is more of a pumper cheerleader type theory while my theory actually requires a lot more patience which is hardly something someone wants to hear.
