It looks like RCCH holdings corp acquired International Wastewater Systems in 2007. Somewhere I have read that IWS has been in operation since 1993. Why are there not any financial statements available if they have been in operation for fifteen years? I would appreciate any information anyone can furnish. TIA, Steinburger.
