I believe all financials will be available when we uplist on the new exchange. RCCH acquired IWS in August of 2007.

IWS operated privately until they were acquired.

RCCH reported financials at one point on Pink Sheets, but I have no idea how to get a link. GHCNJ can give it to you. He's the one most conversant.

Uplisting is a slow process, especially to an International Exchange.
