ILVG - all S8's are sold as filed at the beginning of August and there is a filing that shows they are going to uplist to the OTCBB. One of the major shareholders (Simons) took a company from $27 million in the sixties to $327 million by the time it was sold. Big cheeze Canadian by the looks of it.
All filings were brought up to date a couple of days ago and it looks like something is brewing.
