Well, IMO, for him to say that the company gave him shares (and have it posted on a professional looking web site) and not be willing to say why he was given (paid) the shares is worse than bashing a stock. Now I have no doubt that he REALLY supports RTVG, so what is going on here.
Even at these prices, that is $10k worth of stock. Now it might be for a very good reason, but I would think every investor would want to what a small company was getting in return for such a large block of the company stock.
Also, are these supposed to be restricted shares?
