That's just it penny, ya can't ban for a lie even if proveable. It's in the tou that it's a point of view and no more. What's a violation is the accusing of someone of being a liar, not the proving they lie. It says right in the tou that proving or disproving lies is not a mod's nor admins job. I got nailed on that one for being off topic when I caught someone in a lie
