Xilo as a moderator myself I am well aware of the TOU. Remember Mr. Charting God? Banned for the same type of posting that woogie does. And don't forget Lumb over at the 32B o/s company. It doesn't matter what your point of view is, is the repetitiveness of posts that is the violation. Just because you change 1 or 2 words doesn't chance the issue.

I don't like what he does either but it's his opinion and that's it. Opinions are to be shared here and talked about as part of the board's productivity and getting someone banned because you don't like their views is manipulation, pure and simple. What's next, banning me because I say that last dip scared the crap out of me? WELL IT DID. GO FROM 35 TO 25 IN 1 MINUTE MADE ME THINK THERE WAS BAD NEWS AND i HADN'T GOTTEN IT YET. Anyway, please don't ban those who have a contrary view please. They are needed to keep a balance on the board. Otherwise you end up with boards that are full of pumpers and they mislead the newbies.
