risk, since you're a moderator, your statements might be perceived to carry a tad more weight than most.
So, when you say things like "The company doesn't think it's a great idea to publicly blame the SEC for the lack of news" and "I know some here doubt the SEC excuse, but it is a reality"... are you offering your own opinion, or speaking as a company spokesman?
Either way ... whether these are purely your own opinions, or whether they were whispered in your ear by a company officer, or something inbetween, you really should substantiate them.
