Well leaks are not unheard of, happen all the time. I just hope the poster isn't a relative - could be a SEC violation.

That being said, nice little tid bit of information but what relationship would the lawyers handling this deal have with the Yankee stadium? Hummmmmmm?

Coal I saw it and like I said there can be many reason why this can drag out including one of the key parties being ill. I don't know if true or not but if that is final price wow will this run.

I hate these "word is" or "word on the street is" etc...posts about the BIHC deal...I think the deal is done and will eventually close, but I don't think we should put a lot of faith in these kinds of rumors when there is no explanation of how this individual has such inside knowledge...

I think the facts and logic point to the deal being on target and BIHC selling Baron's at the previously advertised price - these guys who think they are Charlie Sheen in Wall Street getting the inside scoop, tracking down planes and CEOs, make me wonder...
