Word is Monday or Tuesday morning next week....done deal and it's a .095 divi with a .26.5 buyout...hold-up was one of the attorneys had a brother die and had to attend the funeral...And I guess they are in charge of the Yankee Stadium contract as well...Buying opportunity well I guess so....I'll do another 500k bright and early..thanks pard...appreaciate it....see ya on the high side..owe ya one.....
