It is like looking at a pile of dung. No matter how many air fresheners you use, it is still a pile of dung.

jimmy, ... "Why don't you want to see good things happen to us Bagholders?"

I do want good things to happen to you and the other CMKX stuckholders. The difference, however, between us is this:

I see nothing good on the horizon and say so.

You keep chirping that the good things absolutely, positively are, indeed, happening.

It's annoying because you never have anything to back up your absolute, positive statements. Moreover, IMO, the constant chirping keeps you from coming to terms with the horrible investment decision you made when you invested in the CMKX "get rich quick" fantasy. ... eom

Why do you interpret what I say that way? Did I ever say I did not want Xers to salvage their investment? The unfortunate facts are Xers will almost certainly never see one nickle. Assuredly nothing from Frizzy's follies and maybe 1%-5% of losses from any SEC recovery. You have no claims. ETGMF is gone and the big judgment is just a license for Frizzy to collect more fees.

It is my opinion that Xers might have been able to do something 2-3 years ago, but none of you had the drive to step up to the plate and organize an effective strategy ... and you are all cheap beyond belief; choosing to rely on an attorney that you haven't paid for and hoping and wishing you will get something for nothing ... which is typical Xer behavior.
