Everything looks good to me. The volume and level 2 do not indicate dumpage on any scale.

Ultimately it is very healthy for the stock to trade at each level.

That way anyone who was looking to scalp a penny or get a quick 25% are gone and the stock will move up and should stabilize at a higher jprice.
