SPIN, please explain what you believe is the relevance of Wave being traded in Berlin or anywhere else?

(I'm not aware of any meaning to attach to that, but I'm not an expert in SEC matters either. I am a CPA, but I've never audited public clients, so my SEC knowledge is rudimentary and spotty at best.)
