lugan....can you clarify. Did SS actually say something in regard to a sale of Wavexpress? Did he say that such sale might play a role in attaining breakeven in Q4?

Sales of part of the company are one time events and do not contribute to cash-flow breakeven. However, as DD said, the resulting decrease in expenses due to the sales of the sub, do count towards cash-flow break even.
