Good pick up. We are really getting close. Anyone who is thinking about getting in may want to do so sooner rather than later. I know a lot of people are watching this and waiting until the trial gets closer but you never know if 1, 2 or all 3 of the defendants will settle. You would have to think the pressure would be turned up to a new level if/when the court of appeals denies the mandamus petition.
