#15575 RE: Peeb #15572

When I first opened my engineering firm, I decided to forego an opportunity to borrow operating capital because I began with several loyal clients that allowed me to start off with minimal operating capital - and it was the WORST decision I have made to date. It took me 3 years to overcome the challenges I faced as a startup. While I had the capital to "keep up", I couldn't grow because of limited means that were ALWAYS spoken for, not to mention A/R delays, weather and a myriad of other unknowns. I did not start to grow until I secured a good line of credit. I would just like to know the terms of the loan, but applaud KM in his decision.
