Well Ken....what I'm about to share is purely speculation and I want to say that right up front. I was going to keep this off the board for now because I still have more follow up DD. But since other people posting have lowered the bar here and made claims without the DD to back it, I figured my claims with some DD is now fair info for consideration. I'm not ready to share everything I know but I will give you a sneak preview so to speak. I can tell you that Robert L. Johnson's name has come up in a deal related to HCPC. I'm waiting on some further info if it's out there. At a later time I will divulge more, but like I said it's in the early stages of DD. I was told this by a source that is involved in some aspect with the company that owns a property we are in negotiations to buy. Again I give you and everyone else the disclaimer that this is purely speculative at this point and I haven't finished the DD to feel comfortable to say just how speculative or possible this rumor is.
