Complaining that PYCT is shorted when the company has zero revenue seems like a lame excuse to me. Maybe the company should do something to actually make it profitable for once therefore actually giving a reason for the PPS to go up. If it doesn't, then I can see where this could be an argument. For now though, it is just a diversionary tactic from the truth that nothing is going on with production or sales.
