27.5% interest isn't a controlling interest in anything but would you be kind enough to share with us the royalty payment structure since you opened this can of worms. Because the way I read your previous posts was that you were paid with shares and therefore you are just another shareholder like the rest of us.
So if NUBV fails as does the patent now umbrella'd under NUBV via XND and thus so do your investment.

I will...and based on your posts there have been a lot of "Facts" not backed up by support. There also have been things you said would occur and still have not. There was a good email a while back that stated all the "facts" that you had mention and what really happened...does anyone know what post that was.
