27.5% interest isn't a controlling interest in anything but would you be kind enough to share with us the royalty payment structure since you opened this can of worms. Because the way I read your previous posts was that you were paid with shares and therefore you are just another shareholder like the rest of us.
So if NUBV fails as does the patent now umbrella'd under NUBV via XND and thus so do your investment.
Right?
