Have you heard anything more about the merger with the company that has a business relationship with GNC?

Also someone mentioned there was an edit in the PR about the October 1 release date, could you please explain where. Thanks.

Be careful who you listen to...please look back at certain peoples past and whether his comments have played out or not. I just do not want people making uninformed decisions listening to a person that has bashed a stock. Just do you own DD on the company and members of this board.

The only thing I want people to know is the fact that you portray yourself as someone that owns the patent, that knows the inside scoop...if that is true please provide facts. Many people on this board have asked you to support the what you say are facts, you have never been able to support your claims and most of them have ended up being wrong. There are a lot of new comers to this board since we have gotten movement...maybe since you have not done it in the past, then you can take this time with all the new people and state your facts WITH back-up.


Canplay....no one disagrees with you that there are many open questions that we have not gotten answers to, but it is only fair if you are going to state a "FACT" then you need to back it up. That's all, there a a few of your questions that are very valid, I am not disputing that.
