Hello Brasco ... the questions are real simple and what are the answers. Stay tune??? Because the answers would be powerful and substantive PRs instead of the superfluous bs. The only thing we know to date is an obsolete patented process (the infusion technology is now liquid ingredient delivery not cold fill), three products, Chameleon as bottler, regional market CA/AZ, 3 year business plan/pro forma and "current launch date" not "the" launch date.

Where are the distribution agreements?
Where are the merchandising agreements?
Who are the retailers?
What are the marketing / promotion /advertising / coupon programs?
Where are the staffing announcements with experienced high powered finance, market, sales executives? That's right I forgot they have the Messiah - Mr. Nickolas and the dingdong KJ. That's it. WOW!!!

Dude, if you are 45 days or so from launch all these things are or should be in place. You are in full production and filling the distribution pipeline with inventory. You are announcing the brand names and promoting the market with their benefits. Full blown advertising campaigns, local newspapers, TV, etc. If this flys off the shelf the worst thing would be losing your shelf space because of no inventory.

Why nothing stated to the above? Obvious answer is ... it hasn't materialized or exist. For a company that is broke they should be pumping the wire with substantive PRs; otherwise, how are you going to raise capital, attract executives and create consumer awareness. Playing the stock is onething being a long at a high PPS is another. Start making money in the cellar boxing arena, because the caveats in the prior PRs are adequate funding, staffing, current launch date. No update there either.

I'll bet you all the tea in China there won't be a single bottle on the shelf come October 1. MAN, BE WISE and MAKE YOUR MONEY BOXING!!! It's fun and lucrative. It's our turn to fleece them -- GLTU
