dpb5, shares.....

I would assume that the investors went into the deal with their eyes open and as to how many shares were authorized, the O/S and the float. Like I said, I don't believe anyone involved in the original deal thought that share price would go this low.

Doug's contention for months was that a higher share price was in the best interest of the investors and us of course.

Maybe when comlend reviews the doc's he can show us another way to look at it.

I don't believe we will have any choice but to give an ok for more shares[yes dilution] Not just for the convertible debentures[if the loan isn't repaid first-which I believe WILL occur] but for further deals for more spectrum or funding needs.Only other choice would be a reverse split which unless hadled by a deep paoket investor would be very negative.J/V with another company would be only other alternative, off the top of my head.

DPB5 - I didn't say I was attending on everybodys behalf , or I don't remember say that. I am hoping to go and Mr Haffer said the dates are to announced soon but I don't know what he means by soon.He told me the same thing three weeks ago and it still is not out. I have to put my vacation in by Jan. 5th for the first quarter of 2001. All I need to know is the week of the S/Holdres meeting. I will be glad to take some Questions but concerning the shares I am sure everybody will get to vote on it,not just those who attend.I myself want to know just what the reasons are for the increase of shares. If it is needed to continue the build out then I am in favor. See ya. W.E.J.
